IYISOFT SOFTWARE IND.TIC.LTD.CO - Service Agreement
Iyisoft has the right to update and change this agreement unilaterally at any time without prior notice.

1. ORDER AND SERVICE DELIVERY
After your order passes the fraud control and your payment is received, your account will be established and your information will be sent to you. In payments made by credit card and mobile, domain name, web hosting and reseller hosting accounts are automatically established and the information is delivered to you. In payments made by sending a fee to our bank and postal check accounts by money order or EFT, the installation period is determined as min. 2 hours, max. 48 hours. For rented server services, be sure to have a stock control done and after finding the appropriate stock, the installation period is between min. 2 hours and max. 48 hours.

It is your responsibility to provide an e-mail address that you actively use and that is problem-free during the order. In case of any irregular behavior or in cases where we need to reach you, the e-mail address you provide will be used. It is your responsibility to constantly keep your e-mail address up to date and check it, all e-mails sent to you are considered to have reached you. İyisoft has no legal or criminal liability for any damages and losses that may occur if the e-mails sent to you do not reach you or if they are not read by you.

All information in the form you fill out during the order or when registering on our site must be accurate and complete. In orders canceled due to incorrect information, İyisoft has the right not to make a refund or to make a partial refund.

İyisoft may request a credit card photocopy / scanned photo or ID photocopy / scanned photo for security purposes when it deems necessary. If you do not provide these, your order may be canceled and treated as fake or the service / services you receive may be stopped. In accounts suspended due to fraud, İyisoft has the right not to make a refund or to make a partial refund.

2. CONTENT
The terms of all services provided by İyisoft are regulated in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey.

You cannot impose any legal liability on İyisoft by using the services provided by İyisoft, and you are solely responsible for all actions you take using the services provided to you.

It is forbidden to act in violation of any copyright or registration rights by using our services. These include unauthorized music, books, photographs or other copyrighted materials. In addition, pornographic/erotic content and content that can be used for hacking cannot be hosted by law. Making sales in violation of copyright/registration rights and/or hosting pornographic/erotic content will result in the immediate termination of the service(s) you receive.

In the event that content that is in violation of copyright/registration rights and/or usable for hacking is encountered, this content will be deleted or access to the content will be blocked. If it happens again, the service may be suspended/terminated.

If you think that such content is hosted using the services provided by İyisoft, you can complain by sending an e-mail to destek@iyisoft.com.tr. İyisoft may request more information/documents/documents from you regarding your complaint.

Uploading virus-infected content and content such as shell scripts that may harm İyisoft servers may result in the complete termination of your account without a refund. You are responsible for covering all material/moral damages caused to İyisoft and/or other users in these ways. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the security of your account.

İyisoft has the right to request that you change any website, database, account or any other material/service.

3. PROHIBITION OF MAIL AND SPAM
İyisoft has absolutely no tolerance for sending unwanted e-mails, sending bulk e-mails and spam e-mails. If you do not comply with this, the service/services you receive will be terminated with or without notice. All services that cause our IP block to be included in e-mail blacklists will be terminated without notice.

İyisoft has the right to demand the necessary fee from the person who caused the IP block to be included in the e-mail blacklists to correct this situation. This fee is independent of İyisoft and will be used to clean the IP block from e-mail blacklists. By receiving service from us, you agree to pay the necessary fee in such cases, without objection, within the requested period.

There is no guarantee that the e-mails sent/to be sent by the e-mail service offered in hosting and reseller services, which are hosted on a common shared server, will be sent directly to the inbox or that the e-mails sent will be delivered.

Hosting and reseller services, which are hosted on a shared server, do not guarantee that the mails sent/to be sent will be sent directly to your inbox or that the sent mails will be delivered.

4. PAYMENT
As long as you receive the service, you agree to pay İyisoft the cost of the service you receive. As long as you do not cancel the service you receive, the service will continue to be renewed and an invoice will be created for the service you will receive. If you do not want to continue receiving the service, you must indicate that you want to cancel at least 15 days in advance, so that your service will be canceled at the end of the day or after the period you paid the fee, according to your request.

Service cancellation must be made from your customer panel. The cancellation page contains the necessary options for canceling the service as soon as possible or when it expires.

As long as you receive service from us, you are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up to date and paying your invoices on time. If the invoice is not paid on time, İyisoft will give an additional 6 days for the payment of the invoice for web hosting and reseller hosting accounts, and your service will be suspended at the end of this period. The service you receive will be terminated 30 days after the last payment date, site backups cannot be accessed in any way after the service is terminated and all data in the hosting is deleted irreversibly.

In domain name, vds and rented server services, if the payment is not made on the last payment day, your accounts will be terminated immediately. Netcloud information technologies cannot be held responsible in any way for any material/moral damages and data losses that may occur in this regard.

Overpayments made accidentally and/or intentionally are added to your account as credit and are not refunded for any reason. You can use this added credit for the next services you will receive.

İyisoft reserves the right to change the prices of the products at any time without notice.

5. BACKUP AND DATA LOSS
You are responsible for all your data while using our services. İyisoft offers the backup service as a convenience to you and does not guarantee backups. İyisoft cannot be held responsible for any data loss you may experience for any reason.

6. RESELLER HOSTING
If you are getting a reseller hosting account, you are responsible for supporting your own customers. İyisoft will not support the customers of reseller hosting users. If any of our reseller hosting users' customers contact us, İyisoft has the right to suspend your account until we take care of your own customer. In addition, our reseller hosting users are responsible for the content of their own customers' sites.

İyisoft cannot be held responsible for any illegal behaviors and contractual behaviors of reseller hosting users.

7. VDS/VPS AND RENTAL SERVER
İyisoft reserves the right to reset the password of any vds/vps or rental server service it offers. It is the responsibility of the customer to have a valid e-mail address and root password registered in our system. Vds/vps and rental servers are not backed up by us, all data and backup of data is the responsibility of the customer.

8. PROVIDING LEGAL INFORMATION
İyisoft is obliged to provide all requested information to legal authorities when necessary. This information may also include your private information when necessary.

In accordance with Article 10 titled “Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform” of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”), which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the right to privacy, in the processing of personal data and published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677, and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, published in the Official Gazette dated March 10, 2018 and numbered 30356, we aim to inform you about your personal data processed by our Company İyisoft Yazılım Sanayi Ltd. Şti (“İyisoft” or “Company”) with this Disclosure Text.

1. INTRODUCTION
İYİSOFT undertakes to store all information received about you. By using the services provided by İYİSOFT, you also agree to the use of the information received about you as specified in this agreement.

İYİSOFT requests the minimum amount of information necessary to provide you with a proper service. This agreement explains what types of information are received with what types of transactions. By using our website, you grant İYİSOFT the right to collect this information.

2. CARD-RELATED PAYMENTS
In payments you make with credit cards or domestic debit cards, we attach great importance to the security of your card information. Therefore, thanks to the 256-bit SSL certificate of the card information you enter, we ensure that your card information is sent encrypted even in environments such as internet cafes, etc., making it impossible to track it.

We present you the simple virtual keyboard we developed as a precaution against malicious software that records the data entered from the keyboard, such as keyloggers, etc. that may be on your computer. With all these precautions, we aim to keep your credit card information completely safe when you shop on our site, so much so that even we cannot see the card information you pay with.

3. INFORMATION RECEIVED
Depending on the service you receive/the payment you make, some or all of the following information may be requested from you. Your name, surname, telephone number, address, T.C. ID number, fax number, e-mail address. In addition, additional information/documents may be required. If necessary, you are obliged to deliver the information requested from you to IYISOFT within the requested period.

Your T.C. ID numbers are stored in the system so that we can issue an invoice to you and find a real interlocutor when necessary. T.C. Your ID numbers will only be used when invoicing and when necessary to present them to legal authorities. Any other use or sharing with third parties other than legal authorities is out of the question.

4. USE OF INFORMATION
İYİSOFT primarily uses the information collected to meet your purpose in visiting our website. All necessary precautions have been taken to prevent unauthorized access to this information. Nevertheless, İYİSOFT has no legal or criminal liability for the distribution of recorded information in the event of a hack.

5. PROVIDING LEGAL INFORMATION
İYİSOFT has the right to share customer information with legal authorities without notifying the customer when necessary. İYİSOFT will cooperate with legal authorities.

6. CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT
Every change in this contract will be visible here. İYİSOFT has the right to change the contract without notifying. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time.
